- Preheat the oven to 400F and toast the focaccia for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Mix the pesto and mayonnaise together in a small bowl to create a smooth spread.
- Keep the bread flat on a cutting board and slice horizontally through the center of the loaf.
- Layer the bottom half with pesto mayo, turkey, tomato slices, greens, and red onion.
- Dollop the remaining pesto mayo directly onto the greens to avoid flipping the top piece.
- Press the top piece back onto the sandwich securely.
- Cut the large sandwich down the middle and across three times to make six pieces.
