- Cut the chicken breasts into thin flat pieces.||Toss the paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, brown sugar, and cornstarch together in a small bowl.||Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken pieces.||Add the avocado oil and massage thoroughly to coat the chicken.||Preheat the air fryer to 415°F.||Place the chicken pieces on the air fryer basket in a single even layer.||Cook the chicken at 415°F for 10 to 13 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.||Rest the meat for three minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overcrowd your air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary. Resting the chicken is critical to lock in the juices.
