Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian dressing

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken in a container or bag and pour the Italian dressing on top.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the fridge for 30 minutes to 6 hours.
  3. Preheat an indoor grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Oil the grates, place the chicken on the grill, and cook for 4 to 6 minutes each side, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill, let it rest for a few minutes, then enjoy!

Notes

Pound the chicken to an even thickness before marinating to ensure uniform cooking.
