Method
- Blend the tofu, almondmilk, and almond butter until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate chips.
- Add melted chocolate to the blender and blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour filling into a prepared pie crust.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
- Chill for 12-24 hours before serving.
Notes
For the crust, a pre-made graham cracker crust, an Oreo crust, or a blind-baked pastry crust all work wonderfully. Make sure to chill the pie for the full 12 hours to ensure the filling is perfectly set and firm.
