Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces firm silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup Almond Breeze Chocolate Almondmilk
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • flaky sea salt for topping
  • pie crust of your choice

Method
 

  1. Blend the tofu, almondmilk, and almond butter until smooth.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips.
  3. Add melted chocolate to the blender and blend until smooth and thick.
  4. Pour filling into a prepared pie crust.
  5. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  6. Chill for 12-24 hours before serving.

Notes

For the crust, a pre-made graham cracker crust, an Oreo crust, or a blind-baked pastry crust all work wonderfully. Make sure to chill the pie for the full 12 hours to ensure the filling is perfectly set and firm.
