Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp ras el hanout 1 tbsp ras el hanout
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 cup harissa 1/4 cup harissa
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 lbs chicken thighs 2 lbs chicken thighs

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine spices, harissa, lemon juice, olive oil, and honey in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk to combine.
  4. Toss the chicken into the bowl and rub to combine evenly with the marinade.
  5. Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 40 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Give the chicken 5-10 minutes to rest before dicing and drizzling with additional honey.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing to keep the juices inside.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
