Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 14-ounce package Oreos
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Pulse Oreos in a food processor until crushed into fine crumbs.
  2. Add melted butter and stir to combine.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into a 10-inch pie plate.
  4. Freeze the crust while you prepare the filling.
  5. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth.
  6. Gently fold in the whipped topping until just combined.
  7. Pour the filling into the frozen crust and smooth the top.
  8. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely solid.
  9. Slice the frozen pie and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra decadent touch, drizzle the top with melted chocolate before the final freeze.
Ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature to prevent lumps in the filling.
