- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.nCook lasagna noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 10 to 12 minutes.nStrain noodles and return to the pot.nAdd tomato sauce and cook on medium heat until sauce is heated through, about 5 minutes.nAdd cheese and stir until cheese is melted.nServe immediately.
Notes
Use freshly grated block mozzarella instead of pre-shredded cheese for a smoother melt.nFor extra flavor, stir in a handful of grated Parmesan cheese right before serving.
