- Bake cookies according to package instructions and let cool completely on a wire rack.nBeat the butter and cream cheese until nice and fluffy.nAdd in the vanilla and sifted powdered sugar and beat until nice and smooth.nCombine cream cheese frosting and lemonade concentrate in a small bowl and mix until combined.nRinse the strawberries and blueberries and pat dry.nHalve or quarter the strawberries depending on the size and pat dry again.nFrost cookies with about one teaspoon of the frosting.nTop with strawberries and blueberries.nSprinkle lemon zest on top of cookies.nServe immediately.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese and butter are fully softened before mixing to avoid lumps.nStore any leftover cookies in the refrigerator to keep the fresh fruit and dairy frosting safe.
