Ingredients

Method
 

  1. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish by lightly spraying it with cooking spray and setting it aside.
  2. Stir together the graham cracker crumbs, melted salted butter, and light brown sugar in a large bowl until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to create a crust, then refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Beat together the sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese using a mixer for 1 to 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat the drained crushed pineapple and lemon juice into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the creamy mixture over the chilled graham cracker crust and top with a layer of sliced bananas.
  7. Spread the whipped topping evenly over the banana layer and chill until ready to serve.
  8. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top, sprinkle with chopped pecans, finish with maraschino cherries, and serve immediately.

Notes

Drain the crushed pineapple extremely well to prevent a soggy dessert. Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened at room temperature to avoid lumps.
